I recommend you look at books like The Resilience Factor by Karen Reivich as well as her work on the Penn Resiliency Program for school-children, which has grown and been adapted into the Comprehensive Soldier Fitness (Master Resiliency Training) program for the US Army. This isn&#039;t your typical &quot;soft stuff&quot;!</description>
